Size guide
Climbing shoes
Tips for choosing the correct size.
- To get the best performance from the shoe, you should wear a size that allows you to go with your toes flexed.
- The shoe has been designed so that you can choose between two size options. one more tight and one less, in both options the performance and comfort of the shoe will be optimal. Many Tenaya climbers combine both sizes at once.
- Choose the largest possible size that forces you to go with your toes flexed. This will be your size to go less tight. In this size, the level of adjustment and pressure on the foot will be sufficient, the performance and comfort of the shoe will be optimal.
- Half a size below will be your correct size if you want to go tight. In this size you will feel the foot even tighter and with more pressure, the toes are also flexed and the performance and comfort of the shoe will be equally optimal.
- If you are starting out in climbing or consider that you cannot keep your fingers flexed, choose the first size that does not force you to flex your fingers.
