Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?
No, you can shop as a guest, but if you create an account, you will be able to track the status of your order in your account and it will be faster and easier for your next purchase.
What form of payment can I use?
Tenaya accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Electron and gift card.
How do I track my order?
with a tracking link from the transport company so you can follow it at all times. You can also find out about the status of your order through your user account in the My Orders section.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
Orders are processed in one or two days maximum depending on the time of entry. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. Please note that if we receive your order on Friday afternoon, it may not be shipped until the following Monday.
When will I recive my order?
You will receive an email as soon as you submit your order. Delivery times for Spain and France range between 2 and 4 days and for the rest of the world between 5 and 7 days.
How can I return a product?

Can I select a shipping address from a country other than the one where I am placing the order?
It is not possible to receive orders in a country other than the one in which the order was placed.
