Orders and payment

Access our product catalog through the menu, where you can find them by areas. Select the products and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart". When you have your selection made, go to the shopping cart, and click "confirm". Payment Mode Payment platforms we use (Redsys and PayPal) meet the safety standards in payment (PCI). Our communications are encrypted by SSL and hosted on secure servers. In addition, Tenaya does not store financial or payment information on your system You can pay with UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners and Red 6000 cards through the payment gateway of our bank and you can use Visa, MasterCard and American Express to do it from PayPal.


Items are sent from our factory to the address you tell us. With our standard service, the order should take 1 or 2 days to process and ship. Orders that start after 14h00 UTC + 1, will start processing the next day. Orders will be delivered within 7 days. All orders are sent through our courier service. When your products are shipped from our factory, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package. Our courier service does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

Shipping costs

Products shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes applicable in your country. These costs will flow from your account and will be added to those reflected in your invoice. Contact your local customs office for detailed information. Our current shipping costs are as follows:

Returns and refunds

At Tenaya we always hope our customers will be entirely happy with their purchases. That said, “if what you’ve got isn’t working for you”, you can return it to us for repair, replacement or refund, up to 10 days following the date your items were delivered. INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ONE OR MORE ITEMS: 1 – Complete the returns form and contact our team Complete the returns form, which is shipped with your original order. Please inform us about returning an item, or if you have any doubts or questions regarding your return, by sending us an email: Our team will get in touch with you as quickly as possible to provide further instructions and information. 2 – Preparing your returns package Prepare your package carefully, ideally using the original outer packaging the items were delivered in. Remember to place your returns form inside the box. The address where to send your package to will be found on the returns form. 4 – Reimbursement We will process your return as quickly as possible. After checking that the products are in good condition, we will proceed to pay for the purchase excluding the logistics costs for delivery. In USA, for purchases over 250 $ no shipping costs will be paid. In case of return of one or more products that leave the amount of the order below 250 $, the refund will be made for the value of the products excluding logistics costs. The time to process the refund is 5 working days, once we have received the products and the quality control has been successfully completed.
