Is it necessary to create an account to place an order?

You can shop as a guest, but if you create an account, you can track the status of your order in it and it will be faster and easier for your next purchase.

How do I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS shipping company tracking link so you can track it on all times. You can also know about the status of your order through your account of user within the section My orders.

How do I know that my order has been processed and shipped?

As soon as you process your order you will receive an email that will confirm the the shipment of your order.

I have placed an order and have not received any confirmation.

Make sure it is not in your spam folder, if it is not, it can that there is an error in your email address and that is why you do not receive the email confirmation email, contact our customer service at customer to make sure your order is being processed.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

Orders are processed in one or two days maximum depending on the check in time. You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order. have Please note that if we receive your order on Friday afternoon, it may not be shipped until the following Monday.

Can I select a shipping address from a country other than the one I am I ordering?

It is not possible to receive orders in a country other than the one in which the order was placed.
