Returns and Refunds
Products purchased at tenaya.net can be returned within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Following these steps:
Complete the return form and contact our team.
Fill in the return form that you will find in the package of the products received. Please report the return to the following email, firstname.lastname@example.org, you can ask any questions and it will allow us to speed up your return.
Place the item or items you want to return next to the returns form, you can use the original package. Very important, if the form is not inside the package, the return may be rejected.
The address to send to is indicated on the returns form. Make sure you ship with a shipping company that can provide you with a tracking number and insurance. You will be responsible for all the logistics costs of the return. In the case of a defective or tare product, Tenaya will assume the logistics costs.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive the money as soon as possible.

- You can return any Tenaya product within 60 days from the delivery date.
- The items to be returned must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, with their labels and a copy of the invoice.
- Refunds are made to the same credit card or PayPal account that was used for the original purchase at Tenaya.net. The total value of the purchased item will be refunded, less the logistics costs for its delivery caused by the return. In the case of a defective product, Tenaya will bear the logistics costs.
- The time to process the refund is 5 working days, once we have received the products and the quality control has been successfully completed.
